The position

This position is essential to ensure that our clients receive the maximum value from our digital marketing solutions, helping them achieve their growth objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop strategic relationships with major corporate clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Deeply understand clients' needs and goals to offer personalized and effective solutions.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and implement growth and performance marketing strategies for clients.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous optimization.
  • Conduct regular presentations and reports for clients, demonstrating the value and impact of Advolve's solutions.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends and technological innovations to offer best practices to clients.

Your background & requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in key account management, preferably in digital marketing agencies or tech companies.
  • Deep knowledge of growth strategies and performance digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a focus on results.
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, among others.
  • Analytical skills to interpret performance data and generate actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and marketing automation software.
  • Availability to start as soon as possible, ideally immediately.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in tech companies or startups.
  • Knowledge of agile practices and project management methodologies.
  • Skills in negotiation and contract management.
  • Proactive and critical thinking in solving client problems.
