Visitar regularmente os clientes e acompanhar os projetos em desenvolvimento e o ritmo dos negócios de sua carteira de clientes.

Planejar ações nos clientes para aumento de nossa participação nos negócios para manter a rentalibidade nas contas de sua responsabilidade


Planejar e executar o atendimento das contas de sua carteira para estabelecer frequência de visitas, estratégia de atendimento, oferta de produtos e serviços.

Gerir as margens de clientes e acompanahar as devoluções/cancelamentos de vendas.

Analisar os números estatísticos referente ao crescimento de cada conta ,segmentos e grupos de clientes de forma a entender o mercado em que está inserido.

Especificar a linha de produtos e serviços nos clientes da carteira.


Desenvolver novos clientes e conquistar mercados através de programas de visitas dirigidas e clientes previamente selecionados, identificando necessidades e potenciais que poderão se transformar em vendas.


Inserir e manter atualizado o banco de dados de clientes CRM com todas as informações importantes dos clientes de sua carteira que possam auxiliar a empresa a planejar, gerir e controlar melhor seus recursos internos baseado nas necessidades destes clientes.


Assegurar as diversas etapas que envolvem a implantação dos projetos, seguindo as programações preestabelecidas, através de um acompanhamento de todas as fases dos mesmos.


Acompanhar e informar à companhia as ações da concorrência e buscar neutralizá-las no âmbito dos clientes da carteira ora confiadas pela empresa.


Assessorar técnica e comercialmente representantes autônomos e distribuidores, visando melhorar os trabalhos desenvolvidos nos clientes são também replicados nos outros canais de venda da empresa.

Ministrar palestras técnicas e divulgar produtos e serviços através de apresentações técnicas e usando recursos materiais disponíveis.

Divulgar as ações institucionais da companhia que possam agregar valor à imagem da empresa perante os clientes da carteira.

Divulgar lançamento de produtos e soluções com foco no potencial de consumo de cada cliente.

Elaborar orçamentos visando atender às solicitações dos clientes e elaborar os relatórios diários referente às visitas realizadas inserindo as informações no Sistema interno;

Elaborar relatórios comerciais periódicos, visando dar sentido ao entendimento da empresa de como, quando, onde e porque acomntecem os eventos e como deveremos tratá-los internamente na empresa visando maximizarmos os nossos recursos.


Realizar acompanhamento (follow-up) dos pedidos em carteira, identificando e corrigindo situações que prejudiquem os prazos para faturamento e entrega de pedidos acordados.


Requisitos:

Superior completo em Engenharia ou áreas afins;
Inglês básico ou intermediário;
Conhecimento sólido e experiência com vendas de tecnologia em automação industrial (pneumática e eletrônica);
Conhecimento e habilidade em Técnicas de vendas e de negociação.
