SAP Technical Support Specialist

Position OverviewOur organization is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Technical Support team as a full-time employee. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in technical topics and business processes, working closely with our global customers and peers.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional support services to our global customers through remote connections, troubleshooting, debugging, and research.
- Process critical or escalated support incidents, working closely with our Development teams to resolve complex issues.
- Contribute to the creation and sharing of documentation with customers and peers, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer and collaboration.
- Participate in global projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and customer satisfaction.
- Be available in real-time support channels, including Expert Chat and Schedule an Expert, to provide timely and effective support.
- Contribute to SAP communities, sharing knowledge and expertise with customers and partners to drive business growth and customer success.
- Report new system errors to Development teams, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing downtime.
- Participate in a weekend and holiday rotation schedule to guarantee 24x7 support coverage, working closely with our global teams to ensure seamless support.
- Work 50% of the time on regular shifts and 50% on late shifts (2 PM – 11 PM), with 3 days per week spent working at the office.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and oral) to effectively interact with global customers and peers.
- Strong technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex technical issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with general business terms and processes, with a strong understanding of business operations and customer needs.
- University degree or College diploma program in Computer Science, Business and Technology, or related areas. Equivalent professional experience will be considered.
- Experience working in customer service and support organizations, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.
- Experience in SAP S/4, SAP ERP, or other vendor business solutions, with a strong understanding of technical and business processes.
- Experience working with customers in a support environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
