We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our dynamic team at InterGame Ltd.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of operators, ensuring the optimization of all products placed on clients' websites, acting as the first point of contact for queries or issues, and reporting to the Head of Account Management.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of operators to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to achieve sales objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in account management, preferably in the iGaming industry.
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus bonus and benefits. Additionally, we offer a relocation package to support our European-based offices.
