We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Sales Director to join our team at Ascential. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Sourcing new business opportunities and developing targeted prospects
- Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers
- Negotiating deals and closing contract sales
- Sales Strategy:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet/exceed monthly sales quotas
- Leading cross-functional teams to drive sales performance
- Maintaining accurate contact and activity information in Salesforce
- Leadership:
- Providing coaching and guidance to sales team members
- Driving a culture of excellence and accountability within the sales organization
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and market developments
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in executive sales roles
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
