Atendimento ao cliente online (WhatsApp; Rede Social, e-mail, telefone), em todos os pontos de contato; Acompanhar o cliente em toda sua jornada do pré ao pós-venda garantindo soluções, identificando as necessidades, encantando e oferecendo uma experiência única, sem medir esforços numa conversa infinita com o cliente; Coletar e analisar dados de feedback dos clientes, pesquisas de satisfação, interações nas redes sociais para entender a experiência do cliente em todos os segmentos da empresa dentro da jornada (divulgação, experiência de compra, participação no evento, e pós evento); Identificar tendências e padrões nos dados para entender as necessidades, preocupações e expectativas dos clientes; Preparar relatórios sobre a satisfação do cliente, destacando áreas de melhoria e fornecendo recomendações acionáveis aos gestores responsáveis; Realizar pesquisas de benchmarking para entender as práticas de CX de concorrentes e identificar oportunidades de melhoria
